Our comprehensive schedule offers a variety of classes tailored to dancers of all ages and skill levels. From beginner to advanced, each class is designed to challenge and inspire, providing a supportive environment where every student can flourish. Our experienced instructors are committed to delivering high-quality training and fostering a love of dance in each student.

 

Children’s Division

Grown-Up and Me

For ages 18 months through 3 years, our class offers an introduction to ballet in a fun and nurturing environment. Our youngest dancers can explore dance through movement, games, and joy. Any grown-up age 16+ can attend class with your little dancer, creating a special bonding experience while fostering a love of dance.

Ballet Beginnings

For ages 3-6, these classes are developed with a child’s physical and cognitive abilities in mind. Within a nurturing environment, children learn ballet basics and technique, creative movement, and conditioning. Our goal is to introduce young dancers to the joy of ballet while supporting their overall development.

Student Division

Ballet 1

For ages 5-7, our Ballet Level 1 class is designed to build on the basics learned in Ballet Beginnings. Students will focus on fundamental ballet techniques, posture, and coordination. Through engaging activities and structured lessons, dancers will develop their skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. Emphasis is placed on the development of the whole child, ensuring continued progress in both physical and cognitive growth.

Ballet 2

For ages 6-9, our Ballet Level 2 class is aimed at students who have a grasp of basic ballet techniques and are ready to progress to the next level. Students build on their knowledge of ballet basics with a more comprehensive understanding of ballet techniques and a greater ability to execute its principles. This class emphasizes more advanced techniques, increased strength, and flexibility. Along with continued progress in their physical development, the focus also includes the holistic development of the child, preparing them for higher levels of ballet training.

Ballet 3 & 4

For ages 8-10, our classes are designed for students who have a solid foundation in ballet technique and are ready to further their training. At this level, dancers attend classes 3 days per week, focusing on more advanced techniques and increased strength and flexibility. These classes aim to deepen students’ understanding of ballet principles and enhance their ability to execute complex movements with precision and artistry, while continuing to support the holistic development of each dancer.

Pre-Professional Division

Intermediate

Students at this level study 4 days per week. In addition to classical ballet, additional dance genres are studied that are necessary for preparation for a professional dance career or entry into a college dance program. The curriculum includes ballet technique, pointe/pre-pointe, variations, repertoire, contemporary, flamenco, pilates, and stretching. This comprehensive training program is designed to enhance technical proficiency and artistic expression.

Advanced

Students at this level study 6 days per week. In addition to classical ballet, additional dance genres are studied that are necessary for preparation for a professional dance career or entry into a college dance program. The curriculum includes ballet technique, pointe/pre-pointe, variations, repertoire, contemporary, flamenco, pilates, stretching, and partnering. This advanced program focuses on refining technique, building strength, and developing performance skills, preparing students for the demands of professional dance.

Pre-Professional 

The pre-professional program is intended for full-time dancers wanting to train at the most advanced level. The curriculum is designed to prepare dancers for professional ballet companies. Dancers will have additional time commitments, participation in shows, events, and select competitions. This intensive program offers rigorous training and performance opportunities to hone skills and artistry to the highest standard.
